ABOUT ME

My fitness journey wasn’t easy, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others transform their bodies and minds.

Growing up, I was always the overweight kid. Confidence was a struggle, and every time I tried to get active, I felt like I couldn’t keep up. Running for five minutes felt impossible, and I was often teased for my size. I felt stuck.

Things started to change when I discovered the gym and started playing basketball, but it wasn’t until COVID-19 that I hit my breaking point. My weight climbed to 230 pounds, and I knew I had to make a change.

One night, I made a bold decision—I shaved my head, looked in the mirror, and told myself it was time to turn my life around. Over the next year, I committed to a strict workout routine and a balanced diet. The results? I lost 70 pounds, dropping from 230 Lbs to 160 Lbs.

But the transformation wasn’t just physical—it changed every part of my life. My confidence skyrocketed, my energy improved, and I realized how much control I truly had over my future.

That’s when it clicked: my passion for fitness wasn’t just about me. It was about helping others achieve the same life-changing results. I started coaching friends, and watching them succeed fueled my drive to help even more people.
